Shipping Policies

Eslashes ships within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders received after 11:00 am PST will be processed on the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major Canadian holidays. (Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday). Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or important duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and US orders.

We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  To initiate a return, contact us at info@eslashes.com explaining the reason you would like to return the product to obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). When returning a product it must be unused and unopened. The product must be still sealed in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return items. It is mandatory that the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorization clearly marked will not be accepted or opened. No return will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered.

Lost Orders

Eslashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, Canada Post, USPS and DHL will have the most current information regarding your package. Eslashes is not longer responsible for any items sent once they have been shipped and the tracking number has been provided. Packages that show up as “Delivered” according to Canada Post, USPS or DHL tracking will not be re-shipped. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Your satisfaction is our top priority here as Eslashes. Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: info@eslashes.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
