How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has been processed, an e-mail will be sent to you with your tracking information. If you can’t find this e-mail, check the junk or spam folder. There will be a link you can click on to track your package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is provided for all Canadian orders over $100.00 and US orders over $200.00 (has to be over the specified amount before taxes)
I didn’t receive confirmation that my order was placed. What now?
Check in your junk or spam folder to see if you can find the confirmation e-mail. If you cannot find it, please contact customer service via email for confirmation. email@example.com
